Responsibilities of a Tour Manager
- Maintaining professionally trained Chauffeurs and Tour Guides.
- Reporting directly to Directors about the trend of events that occurred in the Company at a time.
- Reporting on a daily basis to the Directors on all activity for the day.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire office, including the stock room.
- Attending workshops and partnership meetings on behalf of the company and reporting the outcomes to your General Manager/Directors.
- Designing and costing tourists’ journey plans as well as making necessary reservations as per their itinerary.
- Manage and Supervise the other department on matters regarding the company’s performance records
- Attending international and Regional Trade Fairs for promoting the Company
- Formulating annual action and Export Marketing plans for the company
